Modern Sequence Dancing

Modern Sequence is based on the Standard Ballroom and Latin Dances, Waltz, Quickstep, Foxtrot, Cha Cha, Rumba etc. These dances are arranged in 16 bar routines, which are repeated until the end of the dance.

Sequence dancing is very popular. There are classes for those who want to learn all the newest dances and classes for those who prefer to learn the most popular dances, and as everyone takes to the floor in a circle at the same time, there is no embarrassment at being the first couple up.

Stardust, Essex teach the popular sequence dances and a few of the Classical and Old Time dances, which are played at most dance events, on Holiday Cruises, at Holiday Camps, Hotels and Social Dances.
