Stardust Essex Saturday Children's Dancing Class comprises all the dancing that they will encounter when they become adults i.e. Waltz, Tango, Quickstep, Foxtrot, Rumba, Jive, Cha-Cha-Cha, Samba, Salsa, Line Dance, Sequence Dancing and Party Dances.

All the above dances will be taught on Saturday mornings, and although we are a serious dance school, the emphasis is that the children have fun along with seriousness i.e. having their dancing examined for correctness every six months or so.

Levels of Dance:

Social dance, Pre Bronze (1-2-3-4-), Bronze, Silver, Gold, gold Bar (1-2 & 3), Social Dancer - Medallist Dancer - Competition Dancer (Amateur & professional)

As you can see from the above the range of dancing achievements are as wide and varied as is the dances that the children learn.

On Saturday mornings the children are sorted into different groups for Waltz, Quickstep, Tango, Foxtrot, Rumba, Cha Cha, Samba, Paso Doble, Jive, then brought together for Party Dancing, Team Dancing, Line Dancing & Sequence Dancing.
